Shree Mahalakshmi Temple was established on January 31, 1990 under the auspices of Shree Vidya Pitam. Dedicated to Goddess Mahalakshmi, this holy place of worship was established under the able guidance of Shri Prameya Chaitanya, the Acharya-in-charge, whose vision of leading the community both through Bhakti Marg as well as Jnana Marg became a reality with the establishment of Shree Mahalakshmi Temple. All the festivals of the Hindu calendar are celebrated here in accordance with the vedic tradition.

The modern day no doubt abounds in comforts provided by science and technology, however even the most sophisticated equipment cannot bring the mental calm, that is so essential for happiness. Building inner courage and strength is only possible through prayer. In the present day and time the only guarenteed protection is Divine protection and to receive this one needs Divine Grace.
